International couriers which offers a secure and rapid shipping, and provide a tracking system on the delivery will be used to send the SEB rests. However, almost of the time I use TNT www.tnt.com to send my products to worldwide, as they give me cheaper pricings than other couriers such as DHL / FedEx / UPS. I also find that TNT to be reliable, secure, and fast. However I can use other courier, if you wish.

Do not be surprise, overseas shipping cost is quite expensive!

With your approval, I will use EMS (Express Mail Service) or standard Airmail for smaller/lighter products (such as for bags, etc).  Delivery time by EMS is usually about one week. Delivery time by standard Airmail is about three weeks or more.  

Sending the SEB rest by EMS or standard Airmail is more expensive than using TNT. EMS & Airmail only cheaper for light weight package.

Normal delivery time to the USA (most States) & Australia, by TNT,  is about 4 working days (plus minus). 

Delivery to other countries (such as to Europe, South Africa, etc) might take a longer delivery time.  ***Please be advised that total delivery time might be vary due to the customs clearance in your country***

Do not be surprise if your parcel is held in the customs for a long time (as long as one week or more). Customs usually check parcels coming from overseas by random basis (or because of other matters- such as awaiting for tax/duty payment, or maybe for security reason?), and is vary from country to country. 

When order, please provide me with your shipping address complete with your phone number. Most international couriers require customer's phone number. (Once your parcel is customs released, the courier may contact you before they deliver your parcel to your address).

Standard packaging: A cardboard box, with some styrofoam sheets inside & thin plywood on the out sides will be used to send the SEB rest. (One rest = one box. If you order two rests, you will receive two boxes, and so on).  It's the lightest method and secure enough to protect the equipment from rough handlings during shipment. Approximate weight of the box = 1,8 kgs.  No charge on the packaging.

A SEB rest with packaging weighs approximately 11.8 kilograms (about 26 lbs). Most couriers calculate (rounded) it to 12 kilograms.

The package will be listed as "SPORT EQUIPMENT".  Every item in the package will also be listed.
